For driving instructors or those thinking about becoming a driving instructor. |
Key Points: Keep the speed down and OBS high. This manoeuvre may be puzzling to other road users as quite often you will be reversing around a solitary vehicle. You must take this into account and use signals where necessary to try to clarify what you are attempting to do and be prepared to stop when necessary. Please note that 'OBS' = Observation
OBS - then apply one rapid turn left as you reverse slowly.
OBS then move slowly back out into the road on full
Once you have well cleared the car in front apply some
Stop and OBS.
Reverse back applying full
If you do this you will get one minor driving fault rather than a fail!
