Dorchester Junctions
Dorchester, like any other town, has its share of quirky and/or difficult junctions - the Top O'Town Roundabout being one of the more obvious examples.
Don't rush any junction, especially junctions that are difficult to read. Analyse what is happening, take your time and allow for the possibility of other drivers or riders having a last minute change of plan! If approaching traffic has to alter their course to allow you to get to your turning point (see Controlled Junction and Great Western Junction) - advance slowly. Allow other drivers time to see what you are doing - and time to understand what they will have to do in order to accommodate you. Be prepared to pause if they are not taking the correct course.

All the following junctions, with full instruction, will be covered during your driving lessons and ticked off in your logbook on completion. Please download the diagrams so that you can study and familiarise yourself with them between lessons.
